I see Mayor Victorino got approval from Gov. Ige to start secondary Covid testing on arrival in Maui. Heading there in a few weeks. We'll be tested before and are fully vaxxed and WFH so I am not concerned with testing positive but you never know.

Anyone flown to the Big Island and has experience on the process there?

This is not about whether the tests are good, bad or indifferent, just how it's worked
 
Big Island has a simple process after deplaning...follow the signs and instructions to the second testing area. Very simple and if no issues with your test, you get out relatively quickly and proceed to baggage claim.
