Yeah, just what we need underwater: a "killer deal". 'Nuff said. You can put price over safety if you want. I certainly won't. I doubt there's much of a weight savings if any.Secondly I got. Killer deal on it new.
I bought mine because I loved the integrated clip. I am pretty sure I paid $50. I don't have any deep6 regs but I might get one someday. My Scubapro regs perform very well but their service sucks. It would be nice to be able to service my own. Really, though I'll probably go with Poseidon if I ever get around to ditching scubapro. I've been ogling Poseidon regulators for years now.The Altair served 2 purposes when I purchased it. 1 it’s super slim and lightweight which most of my diving is on trips. So I’m either flying or packing. So space and weight is at a premium. Secondly I got. Killer deal on it new. $31. So even though I plan on eventually replacing it, the price and usage made it a easy choice for me to buy. I do plan on replacing it with another deep 6 2nd down the road
I also got a killer deal on deep 6 items as well. Are you trying to say just because I got here at prices that means the equipment is garbage? You may not like the alt air and that’s fine. But I’ve used it. Worked perfect for what I need. So I’m happy.Yeah, just what we need underwater: a "killer deal". 'Nuff said. You can put price over safety if you want. I certainly won't. Let's hope it's not too "killer", but you should have bought 2.I also got a killer deal
