If you give me your block number stamped on the top of your block, I can get you the exact year, however, very little change on the Utilus from year to year.

Thanks again! My block has 89/4421/09 so it is a 1989 build. Is there a service manual for this year? The parts list you attached didn't have torque settings unless I overlooked something. I do have the torque values for all the metric fittings but can't seem to find any on the discharge valve to head values. The pipe connections between stages says snug then a 1/2 turn more.

Aaron, I will shortly send you some files that you can use for torque specs and such. Keep in mind that if you are tightening the nuts on the aluminum tubing (only the final is steel) there is a tendency for the tubing to collapse to a point where the steel ferrule (sleeve on the tubing) cracks. Common issue with softer aluminum tubing...But it is the best for getting rid of heat. If you have specific issues, just send me pics or good descriptions and I can help you out.
Yes, I do have 3 more P-0 filter systems left in stock. And yes it is complete with the final stage safety valve, factory set at 330 BARS or 4800 PSI. If you need to reset it, I can give you the details.

OK, You may need to sharpen your German on one of these, but it is for your unit. I have also included a newer manual with better illustrations and specs, but it covers many of the units and most are much newer, however it is a wealth of information and perhaps some others would like this. Lastly, I included the parts breakdown of your MOD. 9 build for your reference as well.
Let me know if you need anything else...
