Agree with Mossman on that. The Presidente is the highest ranked but the Palace gets my vote due to location, value (still expensive) & reputation. Much more to do when staying within walking distance to the town core & it's VERY safe to get out & explore on foot.

It's best to not even try, at least don't push the idea. If she gets interested, cool - but much better to let her volunteer, for a number of reasons.
