Ok so we have a name, a Mr/Ms Hong. It will not be so hard to trace where Mr/Ms Hong stayed last Jan. 28, 2006 and who was his/her DM on that day.

pakman:For the record, um, my last name isn't Hong and I wasn't in the Philippines on Jan 18...
Kim:While the evidence certainly appears to point in one direction it's not proof. I realize that the chances are small but it could be also someone trying to discredit Korea or something like that. That is actually the problem. Unless someone actually SEES someone behaving in this fashion there can always be an element of doubt. What I believe to be true I sometimes must keep to myself as my own opinion - and sometimes my conclusions can prove to be incorrect. Just something to bear in mind.
Axua:..then I guess let us just keep this picture here and hope that it can speak a thousand words.
pakman:Kim, understood... no smoking gun here... but come on... that's a bit a stretch on the conspiracy theory... So some other national, with some personal grudge about Koreans - maybe some korean guy stole his date or something, decides to write IN HANGUL to give Korean divers a bad name??? Or maybe a spy from North Korea?
That would be like me running around carving out in Kanji on the bottoms of mantas to get rid of Japanese divers?
Maybe it was photoshopped? I would personally like to see this exact coral next week when I'm in Anilao.
