It's amazing even at daytime....I'll surely miss feeding the plate-sized batfishes in Twin Rocks if they close it for divers! It was also there that I saw my first nudibranch, stone fish & ribbon eel.

Probably not...however......Diving in the Philippines is a huge foreign earnings thing. I would take this picture to your Ministry of Tourism and point out what has happened. If it's also provable which diveshop is responsible, or even the area, it might at least result in warnings or something similar. Most countries won't just sit and watch valuable resources being destroyed or vandalized - but they have to know it's happening and there are probably not too many civil servants who dive a lot! Better to at least tell them.Axua:my honest opinion.. nothing will happen to it, legally, probably a bunch of heated postings in forums such as this..
