Performance Freediving scheduled an Intermediate Freediver course in Monterey, September 4 - 7, 2010 — Labor Day. Too bad it's not in July since Abalone season is closed.

If I wasn't a poor college student I would sign up for this in a heartbeat... definitely on my list of things to do.

Sounds like July is the PERFECT time for this.

The ab divers who are frustrated in their depths/bottom times during the first part of the season get a chance to improve their skills during the July "intermission" and get deeper/longer for the second half.

Plus, they don't have to sacrifice ab time for the course.
