mnscuba.com impossible to join?

I registered for mnscuba.com almost a week ago and I've emailed the admin twice yet my account is still pending approval. If whomever owns that board can't take care of it then he should set someone else up to administer it.

Anyone know how to reach the admin for mnscuba? He doesn't respond to admin (at)mnscuba(dot)com.
