Doh, just read back, @couv already did it. As you were. That'll teach me for not reading back before replying. I'll go sit in the corner.

You can be forgiven as this thread has gone long in the tooth AND strayed on and off track many time. What we need is a Mod or staff member in our corner who will split these threads when needed. Right @rsingler ? ;-)

A Moderator in the thread does not moderate in that thread. Conflict of interest. You can report the thread and ask for a split. Me? I'm just a goober who likes D's here. Who's maybe learning to like diaphragms.:shakehead:

Split the thread? And where would that leave us? With threads that stay on topic? What? You can't read about Mk19's in a D420 thread? You can't discuss Marijuana in a second stage thread? You can search and actually find what you're looking for?
That would be a very buttoned up ScubaBoard...:D
Yeah. Go ahead, @couv. Ask for a split. I'll keep my mouth shut in the back room. Where you lead, I'll follow.

Good point

Seeing the actual schematic helps a lot, kind Sir!! :)

"Top freezing resistance under any cold water diving conditions"
Yeah, send one to me in Newfoundland, I'll test it.
Mind you, my MK25EVO and G260 combo hasn't free flowed on me yet and its literally been under ice and in -1*C water in February. I do check my IP and breathing effort monthly tho...

A minor deal, but with two bulging seals and one freeflowing D420 in my new sets, I'm disappointed in Scubapro's quality control. If you buy a set from your LDS

Have you communicated your concerns and recommendations to SP's tech. department? Why not if you haven't yet?

Pardon my ignorance on this question but I think a lot of people who are not so knowledgeable as @rsingler or @rhwestfall or @buddhasummer what makes one regulator set breath better than another? Is it not true that how it's how it's tuned by an expert like yourselves or a LDS who know what they are doing?

For us novices, why would a MK19 breath better than a Mk20 or 25?
