Personally I would not buy a reg set that did not use standard hoses. Sometime, somewhere, it will likely prove to be a real pain in the you-who-what. This is especially true for technical diving where you will be using specific hose configurations for your particular set up. There are lots of excellent regulators available that use standard hoses.

Thats what i was thinking about, probably buy the mr52 first stages, that have 3/8" ports.
