Making your own Twin Camband

Dear Divers,
I own Seaquest Black Diamond. I have been inform that using the Ultimate Velcro TwinBand from Aqua Explorer is the way cause that diver used them on His Black Diamond to lift twintank. However, i live in Indonesia and we don't have those kind of bands down here. But the labor costs down here is cheap so i was thinking of making my own ones. Can anybody show me how to make those TwinTank cam bands?
