Looking for neoprene features

Maybe there will be someone with this kind of information!

I'm trying to find the buoyancy features of neoprene at different depths... I had also written to the manufacturer of my own wet suit asking about but they haven't answer my mail, I know there's always differences with brand to brand neoprene, but some average will be fine, 3mm, 5 mm or 7 mm per pound
