I love lion fish, and catch and eat them frequently. My SO cannot eat enough of them. The big ones are really tasty, but the small ones are just as good; just more work for smaller portions. Tonight we are having guests and a feast of lion fish that I have caught over the last couple of days. When more people realize just how tasty these critters are, there will be a bigger demand for them.
