Pawikan = Turtle
 
if you dive at shallow around 30ft to 20 ft at reefs edge you may see them pawikans feeding

actually greatwolf did not beat you to it,

pawikan = sea turtle :D

Dive at Bahura kanto (towards the hole in the wall) and you'll see the resident turtle there. Bonus will be some white tips and barracudas, that is if you're early or first group to dive in the area.
