@harizd If you're coming to Cebu and don't have much time, I recommend diving here in Maribago, Mactan. It's 20 minutes from the airport. You get to experience reef walls and witness schools of sardines similar to what you'd see in Moalboal without having to go through half a day's travel from Cebu City. If you're lucky, you get to spot the occassional sea turtle, or a cruising whale shark. Hit me up if you decide to come over. There are some good beginner friendly dive centers here where you can get your OW while experiencing all that I mentioned.
