"LeisurePro" seemed reasonably appropriate to me, as they offer gear for swimming and other water sports, not just diving.Google scuba gear, scuba sounds like a link to click “ leisure pro” sounds like a place you would order baggy pants.
Agree but it’s not obvious until you go and look. While I’ve never had an issue with scuba.com I liked buying from LP for the sales tax discount, which probably won’t happen now."LeisurePro" seemed reasonably appropriate to me, as they offer gear for swimming and other water sports, not just diving.

Interesting. I long thought it might be that "Ado" was the name of a founder, with the suffix "-rama" or "-orama," meaning a spectacle, as in Futurama, Camp-orama, vote-o-rama, Wonderama, etc.For those interested, Adorama is a conjugation of the Hebrew word "Ador" meaning to till or hoe a field and "ama" a 1970s cool term. Also refers to a tree thought to have been used as a border in ancient Israel.
No, everyone pays their own state’s tax. CA in your case. Just like Amazon. If your state has no sales tax, then neither do you. (Hello Alaska, Delware, New Hampshire, Oregon and Montana).
It was cheaper for me to go into the store in NYC, check out an item, then buy online and have it shipped to NJ than buy it in the store.
