I would like to hold a peaceful protest to show we do not agree with killing the reef by dumping sand on the beaches. I would like to have picket signs and we can create educational material to print on flyers and hand out to the public. I would like to possibly do some sort of sit in and at the same time educate people on how important our reef is to our beaches. Let's work together to educate people on how important this reef is.

Really though, the whole barrier island should not have any buildings on it..
 
the word is that they (the powers that be) will be adding sand all down the south east coast.
