Laguna Dive 1/17

You crack heads need to coordinate your dive events with the "Wrinkles" or as now called the "Socal Dive-in" so that we don't separate the group????

What group are ya talking about separating? I'm sure some of us will show up down there for that event also.

I normally try to go to the Wrinkles (socal dive-in) dives, but La Jolla is just too far....I don't wanna travel so far for just a couple dives. When they're up a bit further north, many of us go there rather than planning our own dives.

Hopefully it's a good weekend though....I'd like to dive La Jolla in the near future, but I don't want to go for just one day, and this weekend doesn't work for me.

That dive is not even this weekend it was on the 10th of Jan so i have no clue what he is talking about..... and i agree La Jolla is way to far

Well right now Laguna is just too damned good to pass up so I'm going to try to get down, but I can only do 1 dive. If someone wants I can bring my 100 for them to use on the first dive so you can save your tank for the 2nd.

S. side of Crescent is amazing, last Sunday we went from Shaws almost all the way to S. Crescent and back, a long swim! A dive from one to the other than walk back would be doable in my book.

Cant wait. I had to Suffer today at work looking at the Ocean by deer creek and it was so clear. Cant wait till this weekend. My 80 has 2500psi in it, i have a 63 with 2500 and a 63 with 3000 psi so im already to go

I'll warn ya E., might wanna get a free top off on the low ones, if we do the north side it's a long swim and I dunno about the south side. If you wanna do the north side tour you want plenty of air. The surface swims are looong and it's much better to not have to return on the surface.

That's good to hear about the south side I figured the walk wouldn't be too bad, bet that's a rather long dive too!

I'm considering actually going out to Deadman's on the first dive....don't know if it'll actually happen (you know, unless I magically come up with a scooter! haha, I wish!), but it's a thought...

Yea i know long surface swims........
Also does not help my dive shop is closed till the 20th so i had to go to the Valley and get a Fill 6.50$ Ouch!
I would get a free top off how ever none of the places around me give free top offs even sport chalet charges for it.

Unless some one has an EXTRA tank i can use with out Sacrificing their two dives.

It is DIN, but I have the insert that converts it to yoke, you are welcome to use it!

Sweet thanks so much! I would love to use it, Please bring the Insert. Yea we shall see what every one wants to do once we get there and i guess go from there See you all at 8am.
