La Jolla, 10/16-17

Tagging along on my wife's work trip to San Diego next week, and I'd like to try to get in a west coast dive while I'm out there. So far, seems like the best option may be some shore diving in La Jolla. Any pointers on a shop/etc who offers guided-like dives there? Will need tanks/weights of course -- planning to bring my drysuit along.

They also have a site over on meetup.com. I see they are having both a shore dive on the 17th at La Jolla shores. And a good deal on a three tank charter to the Coronado islands with Waterhorse charters. Nice boat and crew.

Except that parking can be really, really bad at the Cove - on Saturday I'd get there around 6AM - and there will still be divers there by then.
