Gotten certified sooner, much sooner. Given up the job, marriage and house earlier and moved to some where I could dive more often.
Practice three things: Buoyancy control, Buoyancy control and Buoyancy control.

Like Many here I would have liked to have started diving at an ealier age.
So I would have liked to go back to May of 1982 and Tell myself to not start smoking :no and take up Scuba instead

Not to get into Home Theater, because it is more expensive than diving, and not nearly as gratifying.

Knowing what you know now, if you could go back in time and talk to yourself during the first month of your diving career, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
No matter what, find some way to make this a way of life NOW...not later.
We of course can't go back in time, but I wonder if you could, what bit of advice, encouragement, or warning would you share with yourself?
