Well again today is a good time to get the gear out and clean it up make sure it is working and then head down to the Keys for the weekend. We got 15-20 knts with gust guessing from 40 years experience it is probably 4-6' on the outer reefs. So if ya don't like 4-6' swells just wait until tomorrow, if the forecast is correct it will be back to 2-4', 2-3' for Friday. We are hoping. See you this weekend..

Hello Divers, well it finally did get Keys nice again, 10 knts out of the East and just 1-2 on the reefs. Viz was 40' on the Elbow and 20' on the innter reef so we are back to almost normal weather, still 79-80 something degrees, simply warm. So get the dive gear out and go diving before you pack in a huge Thanksgiving dinner and your 'wetsuit gets tight' on the post Thanksgiving dive. That 'wetsuit tightening' thing seems to happen over the winter for some reason! Go Diving!

Leaving Tuesday night and hope to be blowing bubbles Wednesday. :yeahbaby:

Another banner day, hopefully the windy weather is out of here until forever but at least after the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. Just be glad you are not a turkey. Seas are 2' or less, a gently wind out of the ENE at about 8 knts. Viz on the inside is 30' or better and 50' or better on the outer reefs! So come on down and dive!

Awesome...one more day until we fly down ... can hardly contain myself. Now the hard part ... packing my dive gear ... Oh so many choices and not enough room in my bag. :d

Lets hope the conditions stay that way for the next four weeks or so. I am flying down there two weeks from today for a ten day trip, yippie!

I want to come down Dec 4th to the 7th for my birthday but I don't have a buddy that can come with me during that time nor am I familiar with the dive ops down there. It's not often that I dive in the ocean as I prefer caves. :) I want an OP that is friendly to experienced divers and will pair me up with other willing experienced divers or let me go solo.
