To the OP: I just booked a Spiegel Grove trip with Quiesence. They require an AOW card and demonstrated recent dives to 80'. They took my word for the deep dives over the phone so I don't think they are going to check logs, but the AOW is mandatory. I think you can expect this from most of the operators. If fact, this is the very reason that I got my AOW after 35 years of experience and 1,000 dives. The shops just have to see it.
