Im bringing my family back to Kauai this July. My brother is also bringing his family! We really are hoping to have a great time diving. My nieces son will be 10 by then and I want to take him on a discover scuba dive. [He is a big kid! 51, 135 lbs!, Strong as a bull!] He has no fear of using scuba gear and swims like a fish.
My sister-in-law has passed all of the course work but struggled in the pool. But hopefully will become certified or at least ready for the open water part by the time we et to Hawaii.
All of this background leads me to ask if Kaki is still on the island. She worked for Bubbles Below last November but mentioned she was planning to return to Kansas to work with her father. She was really a terrific instructor and I would love to arrange it so she could teach my SIL and my nieces son. If she is off the island, is there another instructor that you could recommend?
