No, I am being serious. I have three cats at home and they are well loved by all our family members and will be missed when they pass on to the big litter box in the sky, but I would not kill a human being if they did something to my animals.

For one, I would go to jail as killing a person because they did something to your animal is very punishable.

Now in this case, atleast the moron did it too himself...he shouldn't of been doing what he was doing, but please don't be happy it happened. Besides, I always think that death is the easy way out...this guy got off easy....

The dogs condition is irrelevant to this..whether he is dead or not does not matter. To say this guy deserved to die is not right. Yes, what he was doing was very cruel, but maybe he just flipped out. We all have dome things in the past that we are not proud of...this guy lost his cool......whatever the circumstances...he didnt deserve to die.

I am not saying the man "deserved" to die. However, the dog did not "deserve" to get beaten either, even if he did bite his owner. Dogs generally do not bite for the sake of biting. Unless the dog flipped out, he was more than likely provoked. Sorry, I worked on dog bite cases for many years and saw some wicked things. The bites were bad, but dogs being put to death because they bit someone who was provoking them is just wrong.

Again, this idiot did it for us so we really don't have to worry about what his punishment should have been.

This guy could of been getting attacked by this dog and was trying to save his own life and instead of shooting the dog he wanted to subdue it to stop the attack thus saving the dogs life, as well as his. Instead, the gun goes off and kills him and he is potrayed as being mean to animals.

So instead of giving the guy the benefit of the doubt, you give the dog the benefit. Thats real nice and human like of you.

Why your at it, fly over to Iraq and get all the dogs out of the country before the bombs start to fall. Don't worry about the innocent women and children, just get their dogs.

This is the exact ignorance I am talking about. This guy didn't deserve to die....how unattached are you with human compassion? You must not value human life much to think that this guy deserved to die for beating some animal. Ohh, and by the way, it IS an animal.

You don't even have a good case to justify him dying for beating the dog so you use a child as an example. Who says this moron would attack a child in the same way if it angered him?


In the future try and value human life more than an animals, be it a dog, cat, or whatever.

Oops, wait a minute...just looked at your profile. Your in law enforcement, that explains why you look at it this way...your desensitized about human life because you have seen some screwed up things and deal with people in a negative way all day long. Thats a shame, some of us dont have to deal with that everyday on a normal basis and still try and see the good in people even when they do something wrong.
