I tried to get KBeck’s attention so she could see him too, I ended up squeezing her arm a bit to just kind of re-group myself. It was such a magnificent event. I looked for him the rest of the dive (I didn’t know he was a Bull shark at this point) I caught one other glimpse of him, while KBeck was hanging upside down, I tired to flip her in time to see him, but she missed him AGAIN.

That was funny to watch. that was about the time I saw a shadow but was enoying the view of the shark dance. and Krista hanging upside down.

Orlando Eric:
BaitedStorm saw a SHARK! She was very sure she saw it. She described it in great detail to Captain Paul and the Dive Master. They both said "Bull." Which was exactly what everyone else was thinking .. bull. Vickie said "I Swear" and then her dive buddy said.. "Well, I never actually saw it, but I am sure that she must have.." So in the end it was determined that the shark that BaitedStorm saw was indeed a Bullsh (ark).

That's called Shark Envy Eric! :eyebrow: ....... your just jelous cause you couldn't do your "I saw a shark" dance and look as cool as me. ;)

Simon- I did not realize you where diving air (21%) I get it now and completly understand the time / depth problem you ran into. I dove for YEARS from the beach in Hollywood / Dania and boat diving the keys and WPB and never noticed not having Nitrox as a matter of fact you could not get it so easily then. Since I started diving Jupiter I have found it a necessary component though.

80 at 20 min and 70ish for 20 min is not fun, and that is pushing it.

When I dive there and either am same ocean / same day diving or paired up with a untrusted buddy I turn at 1200 on these dives. I understand your dilema now and rescend my earlier sarcism.

Sorry I missed seeing Kbeck upside down.. that is a interesting visual....hmmm.

WOW look at all the fishy names Jen knows! I don't know half those... it's the little black ones, the blue ones and the ones with the funny little noses in my dive log.

Sorry we lost some in the caravan.. couldn't lose Marvel though.. I think I saw her beetle jump with a nitro boost at one point.

Worst vis diving. Not by a long shot here. I remember free diving here in Fort Pierce and smacking my head on the bottom. Then there was this god awful bridge dive I got talked into near a poop pipe.

DYNAMITE fishing... yeah.. like I said he'll have to tell that.. in the Med sea.

I'm UP for the next to the next one.. missing the Feb 12th dive....waaahhh

Does everyone get to have a sleep over at KBeck's? I hear she has free food and booze.. you don't need to bring anything......

FLTEKDIVER:
Hye just wondering what kinda drysuit you went with? I remember you telling on the phone that you were getting one a while back.

I just went with a DUI TLS 350, with the DUI actionware 150 series for 65+ water temps, best advice i could give, as i been diving dry now for 2 year's, is don't add to much air, just a pinch will keep the suit off you.
I got the Zeagle, however it was the quad lam, not trilam - no biggie, it was just what they had on the rack and going cheap that fit me. I went with the 200wt undies, i have some extras for cooler diving, but so far i have been toasty. Having issues with my exhaust valve leaking a little, and of course the usual first few dives in the DS just getting the feel of it. The reasons i didnt dive dry were due to not having gone in singles yet (weighting) and not wanting to get on board a boat with 2-3ft seas as i heard it was going to be - turned out to be flat calm. I would have had plenty of air, weight and nitrox with my doubles, but alas i did the first on 37%, with a short, might have been 25 min SI (i came up with the DM and went down with the group) and then in on air and not wanting to go deep on that mix as i would have no BT. Next time i will know better and dive a stronger mix and more than likely doubles.

See? Now you are learning what the rest of the conchs already know! Diving with me is not only fun, its educational! LOL
(the litle black and white ones you referred to earlier are bicolor damsels)

I guess I should have brought some lemon juice to attract dem sharkies...
Next time I'll know better!!!
