I don't know it this is allowed. But I'm having issues regarding software upgrades on the Galileo Luna.
I'm trying to do the following sequence of upgrades:
SW 1.5 --> SW 1.6/ 2.1
SW 1.6/ 2.1 --> PMG
PMG --> Trimix
I have a fully functional irda dongle (extracting dives and uploading settings fully works). However, every time I try to upgrade the software, the windows client crashes. It keeps showing me the Windows loading icon & says "Galileo Setup is not responding".
On the Luna itself it also doesn't show the SW update. It stays on the default main interface. When I detach the Luna from the irda dongle it freezes and I have to reset it by pulling out the battery.
I'm starting to get the feeling that it's an issue with the Luna itself.
Does anyone have experience with this issue?

- Run software as admin
- Run software in compatibility mode
- Run software in compatibility mode + admin
- Run software on another PC
- Factory reset the Luna
