Is there any interest in a Goodman style handle for the DRIS 1000 and 500 lights?

I'm talking about the 1K shorty not the regular 1K. The shorty is slightly larger in diameter than the 3C cell lights.

Very nice build. I need some longer bolts for my shorty also.

Also received my handle today. Very impressed with the build quality. I will be using mine with the original DRIS 1k light. Might go out tomorrow and use it.

EDIT: added pictures.

Oh I see. Sorry about that. Mike told me it would fit so I assumed they were te same. You can order stainless steel bolts from McMaster.com

Could you share the hardware (nuts and bolts) sizes and dimensions.

Don't be fooled everybody! This is just his way of getting us to buy one for each light so we don't have to swap hardware.....oldest trick in the book......and it might work once I receive the first :D

I will sit in my office tomorrow hoping the mail lady delivers a present.

Where would the best place to put the bolt snap, on the end of the light or the handle? I was thinking about using some heavy bungee cord for a simulated canister light cord so I would not loose it. I have already lost one DRIS light and LM handle due to being dropped getting back on the boat after a deco dive. I know I should have had it clipped off.

I mailed everyone's on the same day so you should get it Monday.

The hardware is suppose to be 10-24 for the top bolts but they may have change them to metric. I'll go to the store tomorrow and confirm the bolt sizes for you.

I have a clip cave tied to the back of the light.
