Matthew and chip, just curious, what's in those cases you guys were carrying in the pics. Regs? Save-a-dive kit?

in many cases those cases contain very important stuff: cellphone, wallet and cigarettes...

sometimes mask defogger... or a candy bar... but mostly just the survival items above

@jonix: i guess it's a cultural thing, the "gotta have one" toy of choice for divers is a dry box... when i got mine i realized i didn't have anything really important to put in it! hahahahahahaha

Dude, you ever been in the PI? They put ice in their beers instead of putting beers on ice. Don't ask me why.

I know what you mean, there's no justice drinking San Mig beer with ice. I've been to a lot of restaurants and bars in the Philippines where the beer is a tad bit cooler than lukewarm. I can certainly understand why folks would put ice in their beers. Having said that, I wouldn't do it
