Was Devil's Ear.

This is the one where Wendy chugged that Corona (see pic a few pages back).

Here's a pic of Wendy in the DIR position, despite the strong current.

Here's a pic of a pic. Peter (pdoege) taking a pic of me with his 2 GB Microdrive camera :D.

This one is in Devil's Ear.

When the dark, river water meets the spring water, it forms this eerie looking scene. This happens all througout the Ear.

Here's a pic of JaxDiver (Troy) with that background.

at Devil's Ear of Peter (pdoege).....swimming in the darker, warmer river water side.

Dr. Jay,

Thanks for posting the pics. i really like my 'star wars' pic, that was cool.

NetDoc (Pete) was definately the life of the party.

Here he is at Devil's Ear smiling for the camera.

of Devil's Ear. Here's a pic of ABQDiver (Kevin) going into the spring.

Great shots, I am sitting here hitting refresh every couple of minutes, to see what else you got.

Did you get any group shots in the ballroom b4 your battery died?
Those really show off the diff between the light saber vs our regular lights.

Here's the last one.

It's a pic of the river looking all nice and calm.

Ginnie Springs is a great place to go, but I would recommend staying far away during a holiday weekend. This one just happened upon a rather calm site on the river.

Wendy,
Glad you liked the pics. Some more "photography-like" ones will show up in the UW photo forum soon. I hope to see the group pic once it gets developed.

It was nice meeting everyone. I had a great time!

HarleyDiver once bubbled...

Nah. Unfortunately it died right as I was entering the ballroom. I had to inflate and stick to the cieling to try and figure out what was wrong with the camera as I was going in. After playing with the camera for a few, I kept seeing the battery indicator on the top LCD go off. The thing got to the point it wouldn't even turn on. Someone told me they managed to hear someone cursing underwater. That was probably me.

I really wanted to get a pic of someone entering the ballroom. I'm still kicking myself for the whole thing. Lesson learned.
