Just got the laptop up and running and decided to check the boards. Things are cooking...
The entire day was a ball. I have to admit one of the best dive days I've had in a long time. The company was fine, the weather good and the diving was interesting and at times.... downright outrageous!!
Great pictures Jason, I laughed my "you know what" off sitting here reading the posts and looking at the pics.
I'm seriously thinking of making a few more dives while I'm still here in Florida. Might head out to West Palm Beach are next week for a reef dive or two.
REALLY enjoyed dinner and conversation with Wendy and Kbeck, plus the other stuff we all shared as a group. Thanks guys for all your help. It was a BLAST!!!!!
I definitely want copies of some of these pictures. I can't remember whose cameras were used for the group picture we got taken by the Oriental dude (the irony of that is funny by itself). I think Kbecks and there was another. Anyway, if they come out, I want one.... please!
ABQ--Those pics are developed and ready, and will be a treat.
Let me know if you head down this way. If I can't dive (that dang work thing), I"ll treat you to dinner if you have the time.
I'll post the pics once I get back to work Tues. and have access to the scanner (who needs digital when you get free access to your company's stuff?). There's also a few of the DCI dive from the 18th for those who were there.
KBeck once bubbled... ABQ--Those pics are developed and ready, and will be a treat.

Only ONE photo of me.;-0 Oh, well. Probably would have broken the camera. :mean: I had a WONDERFUL time meeting you all and can't wait to see you all again!!! Like I said, next time at Ginnie or nearby, and we all come back to my place for the evening.

I had the fever so bad too. I played in my pool with my gear on. Bad yeah I know.
I have the fever even worse now that I have my NEW BP & WING setup. Woohoo. : )
I remember that current at Gennie. I had to pull and drag myself into some of the openings. I remember SeaJay having to push me at one point. Form/position/ what's that in Gennie. It's all fun though. I found a pair of Foster Grants. Heck I even found a quarter in the cave entrance of the ear and a penny on the ledge of the eye. I like treasure hunting. : )
Unfortunately I lost my keys, c-card and drivers license in the ear and had to find them. I picked out a special dry box and paid almost $20 just before the dive to take care of that problem. Didn't work. At the end of my dive I heard, "your box." "Yeah isn't it cool. I've had it the whole time." I replied with a grin. "NO, It's open." he said. "SH$T" I replied. And the search began.
But, I found them. I was thrilled.
Great pictures y'all. Maybe the next time I can go too. R
