Hi eveyone.
I am looking for a website where I can get detailed information on the construction of regulators. Schematics descriptions, etc. For both diaphragm and piston style. Also I would like to find a comparison and description of the differences in performance of several brands or styles of regs, first and second stage.
I am not looking to buy but am determined to learn as much as I possibly can about diving and this is the stage i am at.
If you can recomend any other forums to post this in let me know.

www.apeks.cuo.uk has a good breakdown of their first and second stages.
If you go to other manufacturers, they will also have their own regs on their site. The only place that you will find a comparison is in Rodale's Scuba diving magazine, which is very subjective. It is like cars. They don't exactly come together to see who makes the best one.
