Here's a practical item,

A couple of years ago I bought a couple of Glo-Toob LED personal ID lights,I use them in caverns,wrecks,nights,or any deep dark dive mainly to "tag" my buddy.

I've given away several to instructor friends in Mexico who love them.

I showed them to my dive shop and they sort of said so what,now a couple years later in the recent issue of Scuba Diving mag. I see they are rated a testers choice.

They last about 80 hours on tiny battery that costs about $1.many colors that are not intrusive.
