I am sorry to inform you guys that you were right, I now will join the ranks of the Ranger to BP/W divers. Woulda, shoulda, coulda bought a BP/W back when I was looking, but I like or liked the "bells and whistles" that the Ranger offered. Don't get me wrong, the Ranger is a great BC, but I'd like to be a little more streamlined, less bulky.

Do you guys think I should hawk the Ranger on Ebay or something for nowhere near where I payed for it? I did recently begin my divemaster training, so I can save the Ranger for pool sessions only. The one thing I've never seen was someone in BP/W in a pool w/ students.

Welcome to the club! You probably should offer the Ranger on SB first, if you decide to sell. As far as training, i've nothing to offer, though I'm sure others can chime in.

I am in the same boat. Selling my zeagle tech as I'm now diving BP/wing. I'm planning to buy a cheap, possibly used bc for pool.

Never hurts to have a back up

I told you so... Sometimes, you just have to learn things the hard way. AS for the Ranger, I would ebay it. I use my BP&W in the pool. I wash it in fresh water after every time in the pool.

Why sell all your Ranger ? or Tech for that matter ???

Just go buy a Zeagle Backplate and the Wings you already have have will fit the backplate!!.

Cheers
Chris
