The idea (I think) is to do a 180 degree roll, and landing on your back/tank. People must fail to rotate, so they are trying to assist?
 
I imagine it's something akin to doing ballet in clown shoes.

I go with Don's suggestion and just sit back over the water like you're taking a dump.
