39 years old, first certified late 2018, 300-ish dives

The majority of my dives are solo, 90+ minutes with light deco, and in cold water. Lake Tahoe is my local body of water, currenty 39F/4C, and I dive year round. Like many of us, I got hooked pretty quickly. My main dive buddy ghosted me at the start of covid, so I started solo diving, now usually my preference. First tech certs last summer, though I'd been doing deco dives for about 2 years already on my own (doubles and sidemount, after copious amounts of reading and doing drills).

56, certified in 1988 in a college PE class (see bio for all details). History of local diving in the Eastern Great Lakes region, and an occasional dip in warm waters. Pandemic ruined us financially, so warm water travel is likely not going to happen again. I get in maybe 20 dives a year.

Almost 68. Certified 1998 for a trip to Grand Cayman where I did the 4 checkout dives. Mainly because I had an aunt-in-law who lived in St. Croix, dives 5 and 6 came 7 years later in 2005 and dives 7-10 in 2007. In 2008, I started diving more each year, with 2 trips a year becoming common in 2012 after I retired. Have never done a dive in the continental U.S. - only Caribbean with some smatterings of Hawaii and Cabo.

69 years young, 2,124 dives (2,162hrs 27mins), certified in 1991.

61. Certified in 1994. Dove commercially for 6 years back in the 90's. I've never logged dives but probably an average of 2 dives per day, 4 days a week for 6 years with some recreational dives between then and now.

first certified in 1971. just finished 2 months diving with conch republic divers in tavernier fl.
