How many "tech' dives do you do in a year?

I only do OW dives. About 30-35 staged decompression dives / year.

Pretty much any dive outside of AOW could be considered technical.

I agree there are no industry standards nor do I see a need as it's mostly subjective.

I used to do 51-100 per year. For the past few years I have been doing mostly recreational with a little deco. Once I win the lottery I'll begin taking my new rebreather to some of the deeper wrecks and spend an hour or two on them.

Me too...........CCR caves almost exclusively. I did 2 OW rec dives in 2008.

40 a year --mostly in the Philippines (Subic, Puerto Galera, Tubbataha) and Truk Lagoon over the past three years. Planning on 24 dives to 51-54m on the HMS Hermes (Sri Lanka) this April.

30-40 cave dives a year, 20-30 technical wreck and OW dives a year, and now they are all of the rebreather. As others have stated, I'm doing less dives with greater duration.

50 to 100 Deco dives a year, 99% of them on CCR. Many of them with more than an hour of deco in cold water. I wish I could do more but life get in the way.

I do around 100 dives per year.Virtually all deeper than 40m. with deco requirements.Most of them on air,sometimes with stages but the vast majority without,often wrecks,sometimes trimix(never more than 10 a year so far).
I don't know which ones are considered technical and frankly I don't care
