How Many Dives in a year will make you happy?

As I have gotten older I have totally become more of a fairweather diver, and find myself only diving the summer months, anyone else?

How many? Just a few more, of course! Like you, as I get older, I find myself thinking more and more that warm water is good for diving and cold water belongs in a glass.
Since with advancing age my number of Summers is decreasing, I increase their length by traveling Southward more often.

My answer? As many as I can get.

I'm not looking to dive every day of every weekend, but if I can hit the water almost every Saturday during the open season and get at least a few dives in over the winter, I can live with that.

I get depressed if my total is less than 100 per year. I've been depressed a lot lately.

I'm done with cold water diving(Canada). I'm moving to Cyprus this week, for year round Mediterranean diving.

Agreed. Only it should be N+2 because I usually do two tank dives!

I'd be very happy to get back up to 150 dives/year, then I would make 2500 dives this year. There was Covid, then I broke my left leg badly at the end of 2022 and missed 8 months, now, I'm healthy again.
