    memo took me there once. loved the hogfish. btw on your earlier post, i thought the restaurants of the early 90's were not too shabby - el pique, los palmas, el moro. i still try to hit them on each coz trip.

    my best story is of a gentleman whom I had the pleasure of divemastering for a couple of years ago. I smiled and nodded as he sat there with one of those Starbucks frappaccinos in his hand, reminiscing about the old days, and complaining about how commercialized the island has become.

    i remember the days in 1974 when there were two dive shops and 3 hotels; the dancing hippo was the only "club"; great memories
