How do I change gloves using SI-5 glove system?

Hello-

I have DUI SI-5 glove system on my DUI drysuit. Gloves need to be replaced, and I'm having great difficulty getting it apart. Can anyone here please tell me how the SI5 glove system works, so I can take it apart for the new ones?

Yay! I got one of my SI gloves out! Now going for 2nd one... man, my hands are hurting from tryin' to get it out.
