The Hollis regs are already at the shop getting serviced. If I change the Hollis DC3 to a DIN using the conversion kit, does it need to be re-serviced?

I'm converting to DIN because I just got a stupendous deal ($50) on a PST HP 100CF/13L 3500 tank with a Thermo DIN valve, still in hydro! My usual regs are two yoked Hollis and a Scubapro that's sitting on a 19CF.

The other option, is to convert the Scubapro MK17 to DIN and get it serviced. (It hasn't been serviced, yet.) I'll use it exclusively on the HP100 and use something else on the pony.

I would advise to check the intermediate pressure. As an alternative, you could get an insert for the DIN valve converting it to INT.

An insert like this:

if you ask the dive shop or Hollis they'll probably say yes, but the actual answe ris no.

@Mod63 and @crzyfish those tanks do not allow use of convertible valves due to the 3500psi working pressure. They have skinny necks that won't accept a normal valve.
The IP will not be affected by changing the yoke to DIN as you are not going anywhere near any of the parts in the IP chamber. I have a couple regulators that are regularly switched from yoke to DIN at dive sites. It's marginally more complicated than changing a hose...

I wasn't sure that adapter would work. 300 BAR is 7 threads vs 5 threads on a 232 BAR, is that right? I know that XS Scuba makes an "AIR ONLY" valve. I've seen some 7/8-14 300 BAR valves on Northeast Scuba.

So, I'll go ahead and order a DIN kit for the Hollis and probably the Scubapro, too. The pony has a Pro Valve.
