Hint for decreasing weights?

If it wasn't for the fact I'm supposed to be doing some software testing right now, I'd show that to the French guy in the cubicle next to me for an opinion :)

I am tired of having to steer these things back on topic...

Anyway, to decrease weight you need to eat less and exercise. Don't let anybody sell you on this "no carb", "bean soup", "zone" type of crapola...burn more calories than you consume and you will decrease weight.
