I wonder how well a good spicy chili works? I use habaneros in mine.

I'm sure it works fine, but it does aid global warming.

My mom ate soo much hot foods back in the 80's her intestines were inflammed and on fire as the dr put it. It changed the color of them.....she never did complain about her prostate though.
