WI helium prices are really screwy.
He could buy new rebreather tanks full and shipped to him for for the same price as a local fill.
 
I'm paying $360 for a T bottle. I was paying $280 for a T bottle in 2020. I'm using industrial grade. High Purity 4.7 (99.997%) because that is the grade my supplier has available.
 
Prices still going up from one year ago from what I can see

Anyone have anything comparable? What are people paying around the country?

Shops here are charging 2.50 a cuft here.
 
0.5 euros per liter unless you have a industrial contract. I can't belive I miss the 2022 prices.
 
We charge CAD $3.75/cuft, so roughly USD $2.75/cuft.
 
I have been charging $3.50 for the last three years. Prices have been pretty consistent. Not good, but consistent.
 
To buy it myself in the Baltimore area with a commercial account is $399 for a 300cf bottle. That was as 4 months ago I think.

So $1.33cf
