Curious, what was your "I fixed that" ?My two new G260 would not free flow per the SM. They also breathed stiff. I fixed that and they both now are very sweet and definitely will free

Both crack at .8 knob fully out.So this evening I removed the Air tube from reg-1 (free flow reg) and installed into the case that wouldn’t free flow reg-2… same air tube same parts no surprise reg-2 free flowed.
Next I rebuilt reg-2‘s original air tube with new poppet, O-rings, soft seat. déjà vu reg-2 still won’t free flow.
Measured poppet separation .47 mm, +/- .05 mm.Both crack at .8 knob fully out.

Scratching my head, with almost identical poppet separation why one goes into free flow and the other will not.
Could it be some small difference in the air barrel, or the Viva vane?
I haven’t tried that yet.Obviously there must be a difference. Given free flow barrel will free flow in both cases I'm a bit stumped.
I assume you've compared both barrels and both flow vanes? And they appear identical?
This is important, does non free flow barrel free flow in free flow case?
Yes, just curious. No, they dive great..TBH I don't think this affects performance at all but I sure do want to know why this is or isn't happening
