I would just go to a sheet metal shop and ask to use a break...they would probably let you use it for free for the amusement factor...

11 gauge SS is a bit stout for most "sheet metal" shops.

A conventional brake is useless for "unbending" and a press brake will require flattening dies. Not all fab shops have these seldom used dies.

I already own a plate from "that guy" :D

That's the plate I bailed to when I wasn't happy with how the Halcyon plate fit. Had some very enjoyable first doubles dives with it :) The shallower bend in the DSS plate of course allowed the plate to fit snuggly to the tanks and allowed plenty of room for the V-weight.

I'll post back with any updates.
