I suppose I try
Perhaps sometimes I succeed
Thank you very much :D

And I thought Shakespeare was a fishing rod.

Shakespeare wrote pirate?
Of course! Remember Macbeth?
"Keel-haul the lawyers"

Far be it from me to cry "Sonnet!"
Displaying a bee in my bonnet
To ask such of you
And not carry it through
Suffice to say, I got right on it
For sure this is not just another wreck
It is not shallow near the thermocline
Deep water dark with sunshine not a speck
Requires fortitude and quite clear mind
Again down lines to lands of anchors dropped
A diver with his doubles backplate goes
How much he spent when for his gear he shopped
The world, his wife, nor his accountant knows
His decompression stages were a must
Their hanging bottles strewn throughout the deep
His special tables never will he bust
Lest on ascent he find "forever sleep"
The dive is technical, that is for sure
And yet for some it holds such great allure

Bravo! Bravo!
That will be hard to top.

Very clever, very entertaining! Here's my humble entry:

Cave diving for years
Still around, and well. Must be
doing something right!
;)

LEDs don't break
If you drop them on the boat
That's why I like them

Many words typed Clay Jar
words flow in rhyme and rhythm
dry in Baton Rouge?

Not dry, but no viz.
How will I dive this weekend?
Drive 400 miles!

My ear would not clear
I felt a slight twinge of pain
Dry four-day weekend :(

A snorkel keeper
Better than those fancy balls
It holds your octo
