I suspect that if a source is identified at a reasonable price, the demand will rapidly follow. I suggest talking a number on the order of 50.

The covers we are having made are the rubber diaphragm covers, not the metal case covers.

Can someone tell me what's this cover's for?

It's supposed to be a 109 part, but it has those ribs plus the part in the middle that presses against the diaphragm/lever.
