Wow. Many thnks for the greetings. Particularly from Israel and Eguypt; do you guys get along. I have been to both places, and snorkeled in the Red Sea at both Eilat and Hurgadah. Looking to go diving one day when there is peace in the middle east.

Anyway, tomorrow is our first dive club meeting and we are talking about a trip. If anyone wants to attend, email me for details.

Hi Manhattan_Mike & everyone. I'm a Manhattan newbie on this board as well.

I would love more information about your club. I was hoping to go somewhere in April .... somewhere warm!

Keep a look out for my email.

Cheers!

welcome to the board Manhattan_Mike best board on the net. If you want answers regarding scuba and other things for that matter, then this is the place.:eek:ut:

Just thought I would throw you a nice Cold Water welcome from NY, Upstate that is. If you are interested check out our club website and maybe join us on some of our dive trips. If you have any questions about running a club just ask, I am not the pres just the webmaster but I am sure I could find the answer and if not at least stear you in the right direction.

PS: There are some divers from Yonkers I think that come to our DAN Treasure hunt each year

Manhattan_Mike:

I would also be interested in an informal club. I was certified with Scuba Network and have been pleased with them but one of there "group trips" I went on was not well organized. I am going on another one of there trips in June and am finding out I could have saved $ planning it myself.
