I have used the collectivo to Tulum from playa to go cenote diving when the port was closed. The driver dropped us off at dos ojos. Used collectivo south to tulum for dinner and then back to playa for the 10 oclock ferry.

Do you recall the fare?

So has anyone seen a recent post of the taxi fees in CZM? Christi?
It took nearly an act of Congress to get the list I got and converted to terms that our average visitors would understand. I'll add that to my "To DO' list - maybe I'll get to it next year - haha :) I have many exciting projects I am managing and working on right now - but keeping up with the ever changing taxi fares is not one I can or want to take on right now :)

Do you recall the fare?

I don't recall, but it was way less than I was expecting so I gave the driver a tip he wasn't expecting.

I wanna say it was like 50 pesos last time I did Tulum to Playa?

oh good, thanks. For 10 pesos or so, I'll take the comfortable seats and luggage storage

Pretty sure it was 35 pesos when I took it from Tulum to Playa in Oct.

I thought the taxi rate back to Playa del Carmen was pretty reasonable last year. They had prices posted, and I asked them how much really and they were a lot cheaper. We paid in pesos to avoid the Tourist Tax.
