I think you should first check and see who has the most recalls. Definitely avoid that one. :D

Once you solve that initial problem, then routing should be self explanatory.

As the ScubaPro photo shows, for this style of 1st stage reg design, your right post has the LP hose coming out of the tip of the end of the 1st stage and running towards the power inflator for the wing. Then another LP port is used for the long hose running towards your right hip and either tucked into your waste belt or hooked around your cannister light body there.

The left post has the LP hose for the short backup-bungeed 2nd stage coming off the tip of the end of the 1st stage and running towards the right side of your neck. Then another LP port is used for a drysuit inflation hose when diving with nitrox, or as a backup to an argon bottle when diving with trimix. The outer HP port on the left post is used for a single SPG and running towards the left waist D-ring and clipped there.

In this manner, you have a 2nd stage coming off each 1st stage, and an LP inflation hose coming off each as well.

That gives you two of everything, then.

I have seen divers who run 2 SPGs instead of just 1, but most only use only 1, running it off the left post.

Ryan,

I buy all my stuff from Rob at DS. I talked to Dave about his Tech X's and he pushed the hollis's my direction. Im not sure if I can get the Tech X's from DS anymore. I was talking to the guys there and they werent sure they could get anymore from Macon.

I dive the quarry LKNQ on Thursday nights and Sundays at 2pm. If you see a white land rover with scuba plates im there.

Thanks for the help, I will def.. have a look if we are there at the same time.

Austin

Twist Rob's arm, he will get them for you. I usually go down on Wednesday nights, but I may try to make it up there on Thurs. I drive a black 4-dr Frontier Nismo. Hope to see you there.

Ryan
